Licence Agreement
Each licence is purchased for a period of 12 months or an agreed lifespan. Should you decide to cancel your licence prior to the completion of your agreed subscription period access to the website can be suspended however you will not be eligible for a full or part refund.

While FMTOOLS LTD uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, FMTOOLS LTD makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Use of data
- Each licence entitles you to produce a Fire Risk Assessment unique to only one building. FMTOOLS Ltd will allocate you with a user name and password. FMTOOLS Ltd does not permit the sharing of the password to any other 3rd parties. FMTOOLS Ltd reserves the right to invoice you for extra licences as it sees fit should it suspect that licences are being infringed. FMTOOLS Ltd may cancel or suspend your access to www.frao.co.uk without notice to you.
- All rights to this data or other information supplied remains with FMTOOLS Ltd
- Read only licences allow the licence holder (only) to make searches and read from the Web sites for the period of the licence from the date of supply.
- A small number of dummy names and addresses may be included to enable FMTOOLS Ltd to monitor customer usage.
- Whilst every effort is made by FMTOOLS Ltd to supply accurate information, they do not guarantee the results of any mailing nor do they accept any liability in the event of failure of the mailings or other activity.
